2015

sleeping human, cherry sapling from my family's land, soil, wood

performed october 2nd, 2015 for the opening reception of no ice cream without cow shit. this is a gesture of tenderness towards a tree that i share roots with and have a responsibility to care for. metaphorically, it is an encouragement to treat the natural world with as much love as we would treat our closest friends.
